Returns – Health & Safety Policy

To maintain the highest standards of health and hygiene, we do not accept returns based on satisfaction. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for any item that poses a potential health risk or may have come into contact with bodily fluids (including saliva, semen, blood, urine, etc.). Once an item leaves our facility, it is considered used and cannot be resold.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

• Dildos, vibrators, and similar insertable toys

• Lingerie and intimate apparel

• Enema kits

• Items designed to pierce the skin

• Products intended for oral, vaginal, anal, or penile insertion

• Harness and dildo sets

We also do not accept returns on merchandise that has been worn, soiled, or washed.

If your item qualifies for return (i.e., it is not used, not intimate in nature, and still in its original, unopened packaging), it must be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.

Exchanges for defective items are available within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue when reaching out.
